Ever Burgundy - Uptown Glamour Upgrade

Dnes som si spravila malý upgrade mojich Ever Burgundy nechtov. Pôvodne som ich už chcela odlakovať, ale kedže po piatich dňoch boli ešte stále v super stave, nedalo mi to! A tak som vytiahla prúžky na francúzsku manikúru, nalepila ich pozdĺžne na nechty a na okraje naniesla zlatý lak Nails inc - Uptown Glamour (ktorý bol raz dávno zadarmo k časopisu, ešte v časoch keď som žila v UK). Nechty hneď dostali nový vzhľad a takto ich ponosím ešte zopár dní :)

Konečne prišiel ten čas, kedy som mohla znova vytiahnuť lak, ktorý používam len výnimočne. Nie preto, že si ho šetrím, ale on je tak veľmi vianočný, že inokedy sa ani nedá použiť :) Takže Party Hearty od China Glaze dostane šancu tak raz, maximálne dva krát za rok. Tento krát som ho skombinovala s krásnym červeným lakom z limitovanej kolekcie od Nails inc. a na prostredník som sa snažila vytvoriť stromček pomocou mojej obľúbenej tenkej pásky. Viem, že na fotkách vyzerá stromček trochu do modra, ale verte mi - je zelený! :) Potom som už len pridala červené ozdoby s bodkovačom, jednu zlatú navrch a vianočná manikúra je hotová. Teším sa z nej veľmi! :)

Black & Gold Half Moon Nails

 

Už ste rozmýšlali, aké nechty si spravíte na tohtoročnú vianočnú párty? Ak nie, tak mám tu pre vás hneď jednu inšpiráciu - half moon, alebo keď chcete 'polmesiacovú' manikúru. Výber farieb je na vás, ale určite skombinujte 2 kontrastné farby, aby polmesiačiky vynikli. Ja som skombinovala zlatú a čiernu farbu, ktorá mi príde veľmi elegantná a hodí sa takmer ku každému outfitu. Oblúčiky som robila voľnou rukou s tenkým štetcom, keďže som nevedela doma nájsť žiadnu pomôcku na vytvorenie rovnomerného vzoru :( Už som si ale zabezpečila klasické nálepky na francúzsku manikúru, tak nabudúce to určite skúsim s nimi :)

Nails Inc - The Candy Shop Colour Collection

Hello my lovely ladies :) It's been a long time since my last post, but I have a good reason for it. I was moving back home to Slovakia after 6 years of living in the UK. So you can imagine how busy I was... packing, looking for a new flat, new job etc. But everything is sorted now and hopefully I'll have enough time to update my blog more regurlarly :)

Today I've got for you a beautiful set of pastel polishes from nails inc which I got from my lovely friend for my birthday 2 weeks ago.

Collection contains:
Richmond – Pastel pink with amazing luminescent finish
Wimbledon – Pastel lime
Oxford – Pretty baby blue
Cambridge – Delicate lilac

I couldn't decide what colour to use first so I painted my nails with all of them at once, plus I added Essie - Mint Candy Apple as I thought it'd complement these pastels colours perfectly. I love all of them but I think that my favourite one is Cambridge :)

One more important note - I'm wearing gel nails as many of my natural nails broke when we were moving :( I couldn't live without my long nails, so I went for a gel manicure. I'm quite happy with it as the polish last much longer on my nails now, but I hope my natural nails will grow back soon :)

NOTD - Nails inc - Caramel and a little disaster!

I absolutely love this colour! :)

I wore it for about 3 days and then decided to add some nail art.... and I totally messed it up with the Nubar Diamont top coat :(

I used Konad black special nail polish and Bundle Monster plate no. BM19. To be honest I won't use the black nail polish to apply this design again :(

I'm definitely buying a Seche Vite top coat now to avoid this happening again!

You probably don't know that I'm a complete deal hunter :) When I've read about the Diet Coke & Nails inc deal I was soooo excited and couldn't wait until my next trip to Boots. I picked up 2 from 4 nail polishes they had in offer... and 4 x 500 ml Diet Coke indeed!

Although it was pretty opaque after 1 coat I decided to add one more and then Nubar diamont seal & shine top coat.

I used a Bundle Monster plate no. BM19 and added this beautiful design on top with Barry M - Turquoise.

I couldn't resist and bought another Glamour magazine today. And guess what? Yes, there was another free nail polish from nails inc. My collection is growing :))

I have bought this nailpolish in sale for £2.00 today... and I'm glad I didn't pay full price as it's not my favourite at all.... It looks much nicer in the bottle than on my nails...
